Fantasy Life Part 1!

Fantasy Life! I love it. Super much.

This is the biggest collection of figures so far, but luckily they're a lot smaller than my Suikoden figures.

To start with we have the Elemental spirits, my favourite Plushlings [PLUSHLINGS <3] and the ultimate star of Fantasy Life, the Napdragon!

Kirby Set 1

HIIII! Says Kirby.

I've been sitting on putting these up for a while, cause the photos aren't very good quality, and I don't really like them very much anymore.

These are the first set of Kirbys I made, and were actually the first polymer clay figures I had made in quite a few months, so they were sort of an exercise in trying to remember how to do what with the clay XD

Looking back at them now, the proportions are a little iffy [the feet are far too big XD], plasma kirby's eyes are a bit off, and various other problems that I can't help but notice whenever I look at them now.

Ah well. They're still Kirby, so they're automatically cute. Kirby is love.

A little Suikoden Update

Hello!

I've got a few things in the works at the moment, and sitting on a batch of Kirby figures that I need to photograph for the blog soon as well.

But to fill the void until then, I found these photos I took of my Suikoden figures which I thought were kind of neat, so I gave them a tiny bit of digital jiggerypokery to make them look a bit more exciting, and now I'm uploading them here. Exciting, I know.

Suikoden Series Figure Set One

So, we have our very first post featuring figures on the blog! Woo!

I've loved the Suikoden Series of games for a very long time. My brother had a copy of Suikoden II for the PS1 he let me play, and it was one of my favourite of the PS1 era JRPGS. I had always hoped to pick up my own copy so I could replay it, but I could never bring myself to pay the high price for a copy on Ebay.

AND THEN! A wondrous day occurred and both Suikoden and Suikoden II were added to the EU PSN store. I bought them both immediately and life was glorious.

To celebrate such a momentous occasion I decided to make a set of my favourite Suikoden characters as Polymer Clay figures!

Some boring production facts... They're all made of a mix of Fimo and Sculpey, they're about 7.5 inches/18cms tall... and that's all I can think of.
